The Centre for Democracy and Rule of Law (CEDEM) is a Ukrainian think tank made up of media and human rights lawyers and policy experts. CEDEM is concerned with the protection of freedom of speech and the human rights of journalists. Its work includes reform of media laws, support to citizens involved with freedom of information cases, and the provision of courses on media law in Ukraine.
