Planning Court

This page of the GOV.UK website provides information and contacts for the Planning Court, which is part of the Administrative Court within the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court of Justice. The Planning Court hears appeals against planning authorities relating to planning permission, development consent, compulsory purchase orders and highways.
