Oregon Law Commission

Website for the US State of Oregon's Law Commission, hosted and supported by the Willamette University College of Law. The Commission is involved in the review and development of law in Oregon. The site lists Commissioners, staff, and current work groups and sets out a calendar of Commission activities. Publications available online include the Commission's Biennial Reports, legislative reports and working drafts of proposed bills. Links to other law reform sites and Oregon legal resources are also provided.

Oregon Law Review

The Oregon Law Review is a scholarly journal produced by the University of Oregon School of Law since 1921. The Review aims to publish articles of current interest, addressing theoretical and practical issues of State, national and international significance. Matters covered have included gender discrimination, evidence rules, analysis of US Federal and State case law. The web version features contents listings from Volume 78 (1999/2000) onwards, with most articles available in full text online.

Oregon State Bar

Website of the Oregon State Bar (OSB) the organisation representing the legal profession in Oregon in the United States. The site provides information about the OSB including contact details for staff and information about the work of the individual sections. Information supplied for members includes details of Continuing Legal Education seminars, links to Oregon courts, legislation and government sites, ethics opinions which can be searched or browsed by date and a membership directory.

Oregon State Bar Bulletin

The Oregon State Bar Bulletin is published by the Oregon State Bar, the organisation that represents the legal profession in Oregon in the United States. The bulletin is made freely available on their website (in HTML) providing access to full-text articles, letters and legal practice tips. The emphasis is on Oregon law and legal developments along with news from the Oregon State Bar. An online archive is available back to 2000 but older issues have only selected articles available in full.

Death with Dignity Act

Information about the US State of Oregon's Death with Dignity Act, provided by the Oregon Health Authority. Includes the act, together with administrative rules, forms, instructions, annual reports and FAQs. The site is available in ten different languages, including Arabic, Chinese, English and Spanish.
