Court Portal of the Republic of North Macedonia
This website provides information on the courts of North Macedonia including the Supreme Court, Administrative Court, Higher Administrative Court and Courts of Appeal. There are news items, information on the judiciary, a copy of the Constitution and a searchable database of court decisions – some of which can be downloaded in full. The site can be viewed in Macedonian only.
Netherlands Judicial System
This is the English language version of the Netherlands Judicial System (De rechtspraak) website. The site outlines the roles of the different courts in the Netherlands- the District courts, Special tribunals, Appeal courts and the Supreme Court. There is information on the Council for the Judiciary which is the body that represents the interests of the courts in the public and political arena. Full text legislation concerning the justice system in the Netherlands is also given along with a selection of related articles and reports.
Finnish Law on the Internet
Online guide to Finnish law, by Sami Sarvilinna, who works as city counsel for the city of Helsinki, and Erika Bergström, Chief Information Specialist at the Library of the Parliament of Finland. Last updated in 2018, the guide is published on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author covers both Finnish and English-language resources on the Internet.
