First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
The Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal deals with disputes over property and land, including residential property disputes, land registration matters and agricultural land matters. Its pages on the UK Government website give an overview of the Chamber's remit and provide information about resolving residential property and farming tenancy disputes, together with information about applying to the land registration division.
