Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization

Website of the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization (ILO) which is a specialised agency of the United Nations seeking to promote employment rights, human rights and social justice. The Administrative Tribunal hears complaints from serving and former officials of the ILO and other international organisations who recognise the ILO (list included). There are details of the judges who sit on the Tribunal, copies of the Statute and Rules of the Tribunal and guidance on filing a complaint. Employment tribunal decisions

Database of recent employment tribunal decisions from England, Wales and Scotland. The database was launched in April 2017 and is on the UK Government website. Tribunal judgments can be searched by key word and filtered by date, jurisdiction and/or subject (the list of subjects is called ‘Jurisdiction code’). Email alerts are available regarding new or updated decisions.

Conditions of Work and Employment Database

This legal database is a collection of employment and conditions of employment laws made freely available by the Conditions of Work and Employment Programme (TRAVAIL) at the International Labour Organization (ILO). The database is organised into three sections covering maternity protection, minimum wages and working time. Legislation relating to maternity protection covers maternity leave, protection from discrimination and health protection.

The Safe Workers website is an advice and information resource focusing on workplace safety and UK employment law. The site brings together a collection of articles providing background information and practical advice on a range of employment law topics. Articles are organised by topic, including discrimination at work, employee relations, workplace safety and workplace bullying. All articles can be searched by keyword.
