European Grouping of Judges for Mediation (GEMME)

GEMME is a membership organisation of legal professionals, academics, mediators and conciliators which promotes mediation and other amicable dispute resolution methods in Europe. There are national sections of GEMME some of which have their own websites eg. Germany and Belgium. Information resources on mediation including articles, reports, guides are linked to on the site along with presentations and reports from past conferences and events that have taken place in the national sections. The site is mostly in French but some pages can be viewed in English.

Chamber of Arbitration of Milan

Website of the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan providing commercial dispute resolution services. The site carries information about the Chamber's objectives, composition and services. Italian arbitration laws and the Chamber's mediation and arbitration rules are available to download. Practical information on arbitration and mediation is also given including forms, costs and model arbitration clauses and agreements. The site is freely accessible in HTML and available in English and Italian language versions.

Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration

Non-profit organisation providing services to resolve and prevent regional and international trade and investment disputes, with a particular emphasis on the economic development of African and Asian countries. The site carries information about CRCICA history, objectives and services, alongside an explanation of the rules governing the composition of its panel of arbitrators and experts. The site also provides news, details of events, publications and the contents lists of the Journal of Arab Arbitration.

Resolution Institute

Website of the Resolution Institute, an organisation formed following a merger between the Australian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators (IAMA) and the Leading Edge Alternative Dispute Resolvers (LEADR). The Resolution Institute is a non profit membership organisation promoting arbitration and facilitating the sharing of knowledge about alternative dispute settlement throughout associated professions and industries. The site provides membership information including training, qualifications, events etc.

Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation

The Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) is a not-for-profit organisation providing alternative dispute resolution services, including negotiation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and settlement conferences. Its website has information on the different services and the way they work in India, with suggested clauses and downloadable forms. Details are given of the Advisory Board and the Governing Body, along with information on IIAM's training courses and events.
