This part of the MOD website provides access to the documentation of inquiries held since 2005 including a narrative of events, details of findings and recommendations.
The Aspals website provides a wide-ranging set of resources for military lawyers, with explanations of UK military law procedure. There are links to European and international resources, and references to relevant cases and journal articles. The site was founded in 1997 by a former Army Legal Services officer.
