Attorney General’s Chambers of St Lucia

Website of the Attorney General of St Lucia, the principal legal advisor to the Government. The Attorney General’s Chambers includes the Registry of Companies and Intellectual Property, the Legislative Drafting Unit and the Advice and Litigation Department. The site has information on all the functions and an organisational structure of the department. The Attorney General is also responsible for the revision, consolidation and publication of laws and the Revised Laws of St Lucia (2021) can be viewed in full text on the site.

Government of Saint Lucia

The official government website of Saint Lucia provides latest news, tenders and public notices on its homepage. Government announcement, speeches and other official documents can be viewed and downloaded on the “Resources” page. The link marked “Archive” links to the old version of the Saint Lucia government website which, although no longer updated, is still live, and provides links to the constitution and selected codes and regulations, which are not yet available on the new website.

Pinnacle St Lucia

Pinnacle St Lucia is the brand name of the St Lucia Government’s International Financial and World Investment Centre. Its website makes available St Lucia acts and regulations relating to international banking, companies, insurance, funds, trusts, money laundering and related areas.

CariLaw- Caribbean Law Project

CariLaw is a subscription database of Commonwealth Caribbean primary legal materials, produced by the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies in partnership with legal technology company vLex. The database provides access to legislation, treaties and case law from the Privy Council, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Judgements on the site include those decided by the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and the Supreme or High courts of the various Caribbean jurisdictions.
