Government of Anguilla

Website of the Anguillian government which provides information aimed at residents and visitors to the island. Anguilla is a British dependent territory in the Eastern Caribbean. There is information on the role of the government departments including the Attorney General’s Chambers which offers selected laws in full text and the Judicial Department which includes the courts, registries and coroner’s office. There is also a link to Anguilla Laws, a commercial site, where Anguillian legal information can be purchased.

Ombudsman Association

The Ombudsman Association is a membership organisation for ombudsmen from the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Britain's overseas territories. The website includes lists of the voting and associate members of the Association. They cover a wide range of topics such as Energy, Housing, Legal Services, Prisons and Probation, and Parliamentary Standards. Entries give a brief note of responsibilities with contact addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email and website addresses.

CariLaw- Caribbean Law Project

CariLaw is a subscription database of Commonwealth Caribbean primary legal materials, produced by the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies in partnership with legal technology company vLex. The database provides access to legislation, treaties and case law from the Privy Council, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Judgements on the site include those decided by the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and the Supreme or High courts of the various Caribbean jurisdictions.

Anguilla Financial Services Legislation

Collection of legislation relating to the regulation of financial services in Anguilla, a British dependent territory in the Caribbean, provided online by the Anguilla Financial Services Commission. Includes acts and regulations relating to the Financial Services Commission, the Anguilla Utility Token Offering and Utility Tokens Exchange, money laundering, banking, trusts, companies, insurance, mutual funds and non-profit organisations.
