The site has profiles of the deputies and information on the make up and work of the various committees. Laws dating back to the early twentieth century can be viewed in full and there are national and international news items. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.
Official site of the Venezuelan Association of Maritime Law (AVDM). Gives background information about the organisation including its history, membership, mission, vision and code of ethics. The organisation is committed to the study, development, reform and dissemination of maritime law. Full-text access is available to documents and legislation related to the Organisation. The Publications section consists of a collection of free e-books (some in English) and serials on Venezuelan and international maritime law, presented in the form of a clickable bookshelf.
The official gazette of Venezuela is available on the website of the Venezuelan Supreme Court (Tribunal Supremo de Justicia) from 2000 onwards, in Spanish. It publishes laws, presidential decrees, and the resolutions and decisions of government departments.
