AICHR - ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights

Website of AICHR, the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights, a body set up in 2009 whose aim is to promote cooperation between ASEAN member states on human rights. It describes the history and purpose of the organisation, and includes news relating to recent AICHR meetings, current areas of focus and other events. The site provides access to documents such as its five-year work plans, annual reports and activity reports amongst others, which can be downloaded in Word or PDF format. 

Kemitraan Partnership

Website of the Kemitraan Partnership, a non-profit civil law association based in Indonesia. The organisation was originally set up in 2000 as the Partnership for Governance Reform by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and since 2003 has been an independent  legal entity. Kemitraan manages programs focusing on anti-corruption and accountability issues with the aim of establishing fair, democratic and sustainable governance in Indonesia. The site gives information on the organisation’s work along with publications and annual reports.

International Treaty Search

Database of treaties entered into by Indonesia from 1947 to the present day, maintained by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. International Treaty Search allows users to browse the treaties using various filters, such as country, subject, status, and time period, as well as through a general word search. Each record gives a brief description of the treaty, the date and place of signature, the status, the termination method, a PDF of the treaty attached, and any relevant references.

Neliti

Neliti is a multidisciplinary Indonesian research repository funded by the National Library of Indonesia. It has a Law and Human Rights section, which includes journal articles, conference papers, reports, books and other material. The content comes from universities, learned societies, intergovernmental organisations, government bodies and other institutions. A large proportion of the material is in Bahasa Indonesia, but some is in English or other languages. The site interface is available in English or Bahasa Indonesia.  

Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation

Website of the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI) an organisation whose aim is to provide legal assistance to deprived people in Indonesia and to campaign for "social justice, human rights and democratic values". The site gives information about the YLBHI detailing its work and activities in post-Suharto Indonesia including case advocacy, development of people's legal resources and policy research. The site can be viewed in English or Indonesian.
