The Institute for Policy & Legal Studies, an Albanian non-profit, non- governmental organisation, has made available English language versions of current, previous and draft Constitutions, the Civil Code, Family Code and Code of Administrative Procedures.

The relevant sections of the Constitution and other laws relating to the establishment, role and authority of the Court are also available. Judgments of the Constitutional Court can only be viewed in Albanian. Links are given to other Albanian governmental sites and other constitutional courts. The site is in English and Albanian.

The site provides biographical information about the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, background information about Albania and a full text copy of the Albanian Constitution. There are news items detailing the activities of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers.
