The guide was published on New York University's Globalex website in 2012 and updated in 2023 by Sibusiso Nhlabatsi. The authors give an introduction and historical overview of Swaziland and information on the sources of law: the Constitution; legislation; common law; judicial precedent; customary law; royal decrees and international law.
