Online guide to Sudanese law written by Mai Aman who is a Sudanese lawyer and children’s rights advocate. The guide was published in 2023 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author gives background information to the political situation in Sudan and an overview of the legal framework. There is an outline of the courts system and links are given to a selection of Sudanese laws, some of which are in Arabic only.

Online guide to the legal issues surrounding the Darfur crisis written by Amy Burchfield who is Access and Faculty Services Librarian at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Library in the United States. The guide was published in May 2009 (and updated in 2023) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The guide provides background information to the civil conflict in the Darfur region of Sudan and highlights "key online and print resources discussing the legal aspects of the Darfur crisis".

Sudan Judiciary

Official website of the judiciary of the Republic of Sudan. The site explains the role of the Chief Justice and the Supreme Council of the Judiciary. There is an outline of the courts system including the Supreme Court, the courts of appeal, the public court and the district courts. There is also information on the administration of the courts in Sudan. The site is in Arabic.
